CDL Class B Roll-Off Driver

Yard Works Plus is a locally owned roll-off dumpster rental company based in Easton, MD. We deliver and haul dumpsters for homeowners, contractors, and businesses across Talbot County and the Mid-Shore. We're growing and need a dependable Class B driver to run our roll-off truck. You'll be home every night. No over-the-road, no overnights - just local routes, a steady Monday-Friday schedule, and a small company where your work gets noticed. What you'll do: - Drop off, swap, and pick up roll-off dumpsters at homes, job sites, and businesses - Haul full containers to the landfill or transfer station and handle scale tickets - Place containers carefully - protect driveways, lawns, and property - Do pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep your logs current - Talk with customers on site and answer basic questions about placement and pickup - Keep the truck clean and report maintenance issues right away What you need: - Valid Class B CDL (or higher) - Current DOT medical card - Clean driving record - we'll run an MVR check - Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen - Live within a reasonable commute of Easton, MD - Able to do physical work outdoors in all weather - Reliable, on time, and good with customers Nice to have: - Roll-off, dump truck, or hook-lift experience - Knowledge of Talbot, Dorchester, Caroline, and Queen Anne's county roads Pay: $22 - $26/hour, based on experience.
