CDL CLASS B HAZMAT & TANKER DRIVER

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced CDL Class A or B Driver with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks to transport hazardous materials across various routes. Your expertise will ensure timely deliveries while adhering strictly to safety regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Safely operate Class B commercial trucks equipped with tanker ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Transport hazardous materials (Hazmat) and dangerous goods in accordance with hazardous materials regulations, maintaining safety at all times. Load and unload freight manually or using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling of logistics cargo. Navigate routes efficiently planning optimal delivery schedules. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking the tanker for safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports in accordance with FMCSA regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate deliveries, provide updates, and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Valid CDL Class B license with Hazmat (Hazardous Materials) and Tanker endorsements. Proven experience in commercial truck driving, especially tanker truck. Knowledge of hazardous materials regulations and safety procedures for transporting dangerous goods. Ability to manually handle cargo during loading and unloading processes safely. Familiarity with route planning Strong understanding of FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation), and hazardous materials regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
