CDL Class B - Front Load Driver

Overview Aces Disposal, Inc, a locally owned waste disposal company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Front Load Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a front load truck to pick up containers from commercial customers. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and efficient pick up and delivery services while maintaining safety and compliance with all DOT regulations. Compensation based on experience. Terminal Located in Evansville, Indiana Day Shift, Home Every Night. Local Route. Paid Weekly!! Responsibilities: Load and unload commercial trash containers in a safe and efficient manner. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries and pickups while adhering to traffic laws. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance logs. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues encountered during routes. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients at delivery sites. Follow all FMCSA regulations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must of HS Diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. Clean driver record with no major infractions for at least 3 years. Current DOT Medical Certification. Previous experience in the waste disposal industry highly desired. Experience with operating front load vehicles highly desired. Familiar with local roads/locations a definite plus. Valid commercial CDL Class A or B. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
