CDL Class B Driver (Roll-Off Truck)

Responsibilities: Safely operate a variety of roll-off trucks to transport waste materials to designated disposal sites. Load and unload cargo or materials using appropriate equipment, ensuring secure and efficient handling. Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving, maintaining a high standard of safety. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure operational readiness. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately , maintaining detailed records of operations. Communicate with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status, ensuring clear and timely updates. Qualifications: Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Proven experience as a roll-off truck driver or similar role, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse and able to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to operate heavy equipment , such as forklifts or cranes, is a plus. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and ability to drive in various conditions. Excellent driving record with no accidents or violations. Strong communication and customer service skills , with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
