What We Offer (Financial Scheme): 75/25 Gross Revenue Split: You earn 75% of the total gross freight value (Gross Rate Confirmation) generated by the unit. 25% Carrier Retention covers general operating authority overhead, dispatch options, administration, and continuous compliance auditing. Weekly Settlements: Net payouts are transferred via Direct Deposit every Tuesday or Wednesday. Transparency: Weekly detailed settlement statements showing executed loads, miles, and breakdown of earnings. Equipment Provided: Commercial truck lease program available (Flat $450/week lease fee + ELD/Dashcam infrastructure support). Contractor Responsibilities (1099 Scheme) Requirements: License: Valid Texas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A) required. Medical: Active and up-to-date DOT Medical Card. Compliance: Clean or acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and PSP score. Must comply strictly with FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) via ELD. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable Tractor-Trailer (Semi-Truck) driving experience. Integrity: High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and clear communication.
