CDL Class A Truck Driver

Job Overview Join our team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A Truck Driver. We’re a small, family-oriented trucking company that treats drivers like professionals. Lila Kate Trucking is looking for experienced flatbed drivers who are ready for consistent miles, competitive pay, and more time at home. We run a regional operation out of Heflin, AL. Responsibilities Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on regional flatbed routes in compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations Properly secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads before departure and at each stop chains, binders, straps, and edge protection done right every time Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip DVIRs daily and report any defects immediately Maintain accurate ELD logs and Hours of Service records Communicate proactively with dispatch on load status, route changes, delays, or any issues on the road Deliver on time and represent Lila Kate Trucking professionally at every customer site Experience Class A CDL required Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience Minimum 1 year of flatbed experience required Clean MVR and satisfactory safety record Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and FMCSA Clearinghouse query Join us to enjoy a rewarding career on the open road where your skills make a difference every day!
