Position Details Position: CDL-A Team Truck Driver Employment: Full-Time Route: Unassigned OTR FedEx Ground Location: Hutchins, TX Terminal: 1101 E Cleveland St, Hutchins, TX 75141 What You'll Do As a FedEx Ground Team Driver, you will: Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples where applicable Complete daily pre-trip, post-trip, and safety inspections Handle Drop & Hook Only — No-Touch Freight Complete required documentation and reports Maintain accurate daily logs Follow dispatch instructions Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, arrivals, and equipment issues Follow all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures Perform other duties as required What We're Looking For Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years Candidates with no driving restrictions preferred Clean MVR with no accidents or tickets in the past 3 years Must be able to pass a background check Must have or be willing to obtain a Doubles/Triples endorsement Ability to follow instructions and complete required training Reliable and safety-focused approach to driving Pre-Employment Requirements Candidates must successfully complete: Background Check MVR Screening Clearinghouse Login Drug Test Pay & Benefits Mileage Pay: $0.84/mile for the first 5,000 miles per week $0.90/mile for all miles above 5,000 per week Benefits: Health Insurance Life Insurance Dental Insurance PTO Important: No smoking is permitted in the trucks.
