CDL Class A Truck Driver

Job Overview As a CDL Class A Belly Dump Truck Driver, you’ll move freight safely and reliably across local and over-the-road (OTR) routes. You’ll operate a belly dump tractor-trailer. You will not be required to unload or load your freight. This paid position requires safe driving, careful load handling, and compliance with applicable transportation rules. Responsibilities Drive belly dump trucks on assigned delivery and route-driving schedules, including OTR routes for the oilfield. Use GPS navigation and communicate route or delivery issues promptly. Follow Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, including hazardous materials requirements. Requirements Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A and ability to operate a tractor-trailer with manual transmission. Medical Card required. Ability to pass DOT Drug Test upon hire. Commercial truck driving, commercial driving, truck driving, or delivery driver experience preferred. Ability to handle freight with care. Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules; endorsements and qualifications for Hazmat, tanker, or other specialized loads a plus. Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,800.00 per week Work Location: On the road
