CDL Class A Route Driver - Used Oil Recycling Delivery and Pick Up

EcoLube Recovery, a Pacific Northwest owned and operated company, is hiring a CDL Class A Route Driver for used oil recycling, delivery, and pickup in Puyallup, WA. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will drive a Class A tanker truck along an established route, collect used motor oil and containerized waste, and deliver new products to customers. Responsibilities Drive an established route to collect used motor oil and containerized waste and deliver new products to customers. Pump used motor oil from lube shops, mechanic shops, and dealerships, and unload collected oil into branch holding tanks each night. Organize route service stops efficiently and communicate regularly with Customer Service and Dispatch. Accurately complete required customer and Department of Transportation (DOT) paperwork. Provide professional customer service, address service complaints, and inform regular customers about new products and services. Keep the collection truck clean and in good operating order. Follow EcoLube Recovery safety and environmental policies and standard operating procedures. Qualifications Valid Class A commercial drivers license (CDL) with a tanker endorsement, or willingness to obtain the endorsement. Ability to drive a manual transmission. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Two years of Class A driving experience preferred; one to two years of route-based driving experience highly preferred. Compensation Pay range: $28$30 per hour . This position is also eligible for quarterly bonuses in accordance with EcoLube Recoverys Safety Bonus Program.
