We Offer: Competitive Local Delivery Compensation Phone Allowance Monthly Gift Card Incentives Home Daily - 1st Shift Paid Time Off Benefits Including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life, and 401K with an outstanding company match General Information: Position Title: CDL A Driver (Handles all product on truck and delivers to accounts) Days: Monday – Friday (rare weekend shifts, home daily) Hours: 1st Shift Location: Stagnaro – 351 Wilmer Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45226 Minimum Qualifications: Current CDL A or B Ability to work early morning start times, typically between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM, and complete assigned delivery routes. Our truck drivers are responsible for delivering product at accounts. Drivers must have the ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and unloading beverage products. Ability to safely operate a two-wheel hand truck (dolly) to transport multiple cases of beverages. Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb, and maneuver product throughout the workday. Ability to perform physically demanding delivery activities throughout an approximately 8–10-hour shift. Frequently lift beverage cases weighing up to 35–50 pounds. Occasionally lift heavier products weighing up to 75 pounds. Repeatedly maneuver loaded dollies weighing 150–250 pounds or more, depending on the product and delivery conditions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with physically unloading commercial delivery trucks. Experience using a two-wheel dolly to move heavy or stacked products. Familiarity with local delivery routes and customer delivery procedures. Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently. * Must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) * All employees will undergo a criminal background check and drug screen (including marijuana testing) before employment begins.
