Route Sales Driver (Class A CDL Required) Location: Anderson Dairy Inc . Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CDL Class A Route Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on delivery position that combines professional driving, customer service, product delivery, and merchandising. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Key Responsibilities Safely deliver dairy products to customers in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner Load and unload cases of product at customer locations Merchandise and rotate products on store shelves Collect empty cases Collect payments and accurately record transactions using handheld devices Provide customer receipts Complete and submit daily paperwork, invoices, load orders, handheld reports, and deposits Address and resolve customer concerns professionally Ensure loads are secure before travel and at each stop Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company policies, and all safety procedures Requirements Current Class A CDL required No CDL restrictions Must be able to drive a manual transmission Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience Clean 3-year DMV driving record; printout required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous food and beverage or route delivery experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements This is an active, physically demanding route delivery position. Drivers must be able to: Lift and move cases weighing approximately 20–55 lbs.
