Our drivers average approximately 3,000 miles per week, hauling dry van freight with frequent drop and hook loads. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Volvo and Freightliner trucks with automatic transmissions. Trucks equipped with an APU, inverter and microwave. Dry van freight with plenty of drop and hook loads. Approximately 3,000 miles per week on average. Actual miles vary. Take your truck home when there is no company yard nearby. Pets welcome. 24 hour support. PAY AND BONUSES $0.70 per mile base pay for qualifying drivers. Plus $0.05 per mile safety bonus. Plus $0.05 per mile productivity bonus. Clean inspection bonuses up to $1,000. $1,000 driver referral bonus. Additional pay for detention, layovers, and extra stops. YOUR ROLE Safely operate a company tractor trailer on OTR routes. Complete pickups, deliveries, vehicle inspections and electronic logs. Communicate with dispatch and report delays or maintenance needs. Take care of company equipment and provide professional service. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of CDL Class A experience. Maximum 2 moving violations in the last 3 years. No DUI in the past 5 years. Comfortable with E-logs and smartphones. Meet applicable DOT requirements and company safety standards.
