Driver Compensation Our compensation structure is designed to reward productivity: Under 3,200 miles per week: 27% of total weekly truck gross revenue. 3,200 miles or more per week: 30% of total weekly truck gross revenue. All mileage targets are subject to legal Hours of Service limits. Drivers are never expected to violate safety regulations or drive while fatigued. Operational delays, equipment issues, and circumstances outside the driver's control may be reviewed individually by management. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Follow all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations. Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD). Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations. Ensure safe and timely pickup and delivery. Report equipment issues and delays promptly. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A. Safe driving record. Ability to meet applicable DOT qualification requirements. Strong communication and time-management skills.
