Job Overview We are seeking a professional and reliable Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating our new and recent model trucks and reefers. This role requires a strong focus on safety, route efficiency, and timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success. Candidates should possess a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and have at least 2 years of proven previous experience with freight delivery across diverse routes. ***$$$$$$ CALL IN TO LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $15K $$$$$$*** **NO SAP PROGRAM DRIVERS, UNLESS COMPLETED WITHIN 2 YRS** ***ONLY LONG HAUL LANES AT THE MOMENT, NO LOCAL*** Duties Safely operate trucks with automatic transmission and other specialized equipment such as reefers. Plan and follow optimal delivery routes to meet schedule requirements Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation in accordance with company policies Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and regulations Assist with securing cargo to prevent shifting or damage during transit Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles and report any issues promptly Ensure adherence to safety standards at all times during operations Qualifications Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of truck operated (e.g., tanker, flatbed) Proven experience (3 yrs) in truck driving, including route driving and freight delivery experience Familiarity with automatic transmission vehicles is preferred Experience operating refrigerated trailers is a plus Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial driving and freight handling Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past three years Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules under tight deadlines Physical ability to perform duties that may include long hours on the road and weeks away from home This position offers an opportunity for experienced drivers to contribute their skills in a dynamic transportation environment while ensuring safe and efficient deliveries across routes.
