Hamilton Drywall Products – Monroe, NC Schedule: Monday–Friday | Home Weekends Hamilton Drywall Products is hiring a dependable, hardworking CDL Class A OTR Flatbed Driver to join our transportation team. Our drivers typically operate Monday through Friday, delivering building materials and hauling additional freight throughout our service area, including the Northeast. We are looking for a safety-conscious, motivated individual who takes pride in their equipment, understands the importance of customer service, and is willing to do what is necessary to support our customers and manufacturing operations. Position Expectations: Monday–Friday OTR schedule with weekends typically at home. Must be willing and physically able to tarp and untarp loads as required. Must properly secure all freight using appropriate straps, chains, binders, edge protectors, and other securement equipment. Operate flatbed and Conestoga trailers as assigned. Willingness to haul backhauls and adjust assignments based on customer and plant needs. Assist with local or regional deliveries and other transportation assignments when needed. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report equipment issues. Maintain communication with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, and availability. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures. Our Ideal Driver: We want someone who understands that this is more than just a driving position.
