We’re a small trucking company looking for one solid driver ASAP. We’re not trying to fill 20 seats. We want someone dependable, motivated, and comfortable running 3,500–4,000 miles per week. If you only want 2,000 miles and a lot of sitting around, this probably isn’t the job for you. If you want miles and you want your paycheck to reflect the work you put in, keep reading. WHAT OUR DRIVERS ARE MAKING Our current drivers generally gross $2,500–$3,500 per week, with strong weeks reaching $4,000–$4,500 depending on miles, loads, and performance. We believe in transparency. Pay stubs can be shown, and you can speak directly with one of our current drivers before making a decision. Pay structure depends on experience and performance: $0.70–$0.75+ CPM 25%–30% of gross W2 or 1099 options available Performance and consistency are rewarded THE JOB Long-haul OTRReefer freightHazmat loadsApproximately 3,500–4,000 miles/week Home-time scheduling is flexible once the minimum time-out requirement is met. If you stay out longer and want to run hard, we’ll work with you. If you need time home after your trip, communicate with us and we’ll plan around it. WHAT IT’S LIKE WORKING WITH US You’re not driver #847 calling a different dispatcher every day. We’re a small operation. You’ll know who you’re working with, and we’ll know you. You’ll have 24/7 support from a team that actually answers the phone, and we expect the same straightforward communication from our drivers. We respect drivers who take care of the equipment, communicate when something goes wrong, and take their job seriously. Bonuses are often paid. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR CDL-A Minimum 2 years driving experience Good driving record Comfortable with long-haul OTR Hazmat endorsement or ability to run Hazmat soon Strong work ethic Good communication Takes care of the truck and equipment Wants to make money and is willing to run the miles to do it Basic responsibilities are simple: drive safely, inspect your equipment, communicate with dispatch, and tell us immediately if there’s a problem.
