Job Description We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and safety-conscious CDL Class A Flatbed Truck Driver to join our growing company. This is a regional driving position operating throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Drivers depart Monday mornings and are HOME EVERY WEEKEND! Compensation & Benefits 25% of Gross Load Revenue (Rate Confirmation will be for full transparency) $150 Weekly Performance Bonus Potential Weekly Earnings: $1,400–$1,800+ Weekly Pay Consistent Regional Freight Opportunities Home Every Weekend Direct Communication with Company Ownership Family-Oriented Work Environment Earnings depend on freight revenue and performance. Weekly earnings are not guaranteed. Weekly Performance Bonus Drivers can earn an additional $150 per week by: Completing assigned deliveries safely and on schedule. Maintaining consistent communication with dispatch. Following DOT regulations and company safety policies. Submitting paperwork and delivery documentation on time. Maintaining accurate electronic logs. Delays outside the driver's control will not automatically result in losing the performance bonus. Home Time & Schedule WE VALUE YOUR FAMILY TIME! Depart Monday morning. Operate regional routes Monday through Friday. Home every weekend. Approximately 1,800–2,200 miles weekly, depending on freight availability. No regularly scheduled weekend dispatch. We understand that being home for your family matters. Our goal is to provide consistent work during the week while allowing our drivers to enjoy their weekends at home. Job Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial truck with a 48-foot flatbed trailer. Transport freight throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Properly secure freight using straps, chains, binders, and tarps. Tarp and untarp loads when required. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logs using Motive ELD. Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, and delays. Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations. Maintain equipment and report mechanical concerns promptly. Driver Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license. At least 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred. Previous flatbed experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of proper load securement. Ability to tarp and secure freight. Valid DOT medical certificate. Acceptable driving record. Ability to pass DOT-required drug testing.
