We offer competitive percentage-based compensation, weekly pay, performance bonuses, and weekends home. Drivers start at 27% of eligible gross load revenue and can earn up to 30% through weekly performance incentives . We're looking for dependable, safety-conscious drivers who take pride in their work, maintain equipment properly, and provide excellent service. Compensation & Weekly Bonuses Base Pay: 27% of Gross Revenue Earn an additional 3% through: +1%: Safe driving and no preventable accidents or violations +0.5%: On-time deliveries and reliability +0.5%: Accurate paperwork, BOLs, and PODs +0.5%: Proper equipment care and cargo securement +0.5%: Professional communication and customer service Maximum Earnings: 30% of Gross Revenue Weekly settlements via direct deposit. For example, on $6,000 in eligible weekly truck revenue: Base pay (27%): $1,620 Maximum performance bonuses (3%): $180 Total potential weekly earnings: $1,800 Actual earnings depend on completed freight, eligible revenue, and earned incentives.
