Ajani Hauling & LogisticsCDL Class A Driver – Local Transfer Station to Landfill Location: Metro Atlanta Area, GA Position Type: Full-Time Home Time: Home Daily Join Our Growing Operation Ajani Hauling & Logistics Inc. is expanding our Metro Atlanta waste-hauling operation and is seeking experienced, dependable CDL Class A Company Drivers and Owner-Operators. Drivers transport municipal solid waste and related materials between local transfer stations and designated landfills. This is local, home-daily work. No OTR and no extended time away from home. We are currently hiring for two compensation structures: OPTION 1 — COMPANY CDL CLASS A DRIVER Bring your CDL — we provide the truck and cover truck operating expenses. Compensation: $100 per completed load Typical production may range from approximately 2–4 completed loads per day, depending on route assignment, facility wait times, traffic, Hours-of-Service limitations and customer volume. Examples: 2 loads = $200/day 3 loads = $300/day 4 loads = $400/day 5 loads = $500/day At 5–6 working days per week, earnings will depend on actual completed loads. Company drivers do not pay for truck fuel, commercial truck insurance, tractor maintenance, tires or repairs. Customer fuel surcharges and accessorial payments are retained by Ajani Hauling & Logistics Inc. unless otherwise stated in writing. Company drivers are hired as W-2 employees and are subject to applicable payroll withholding. OPTION 2 — CDL CLASS A OWNER-OPERATOR Bring your own road-ready Class A tractor. Compensation: 60% of qualifying gross load revenue For an example route paying $14.00 per ton, a full 25-ton load generates: 25 tons × $14.00 = $350 gross load revenue Owner-Operator 60% share: $210 per completed 25-ton load before applicable expenses Examples at that rate and tonnage: 2 loads = $420 3 loads = $630 4 loads = $840 Actual compensation varies based on assigned route, actual tonnage, customer rate, completed loads and applicable agreement terms. Under our current owner-operator structure, authorized operational fuel/DEF is allocated 60% to the owner-operator and 40% to Ajani Hauling & Logistics Inc. Owner-operators are responsible for their tractor expenses, including applicable insurance costs, maintenance, repairs, tires, registration and other expenses identified in the Owner-Operator Agreement. Owner-operators are independent contractors and must complete our owner-operator qualification, equipment lease, insurance and compliance process before dispatch. Schedule & Operation Metro Atlanta routes Home daily Typically 5–6 days per week Early-morning and/or overnight start times depending on assignment Transfer station → landfill → return Multiple loads per shift Drivers may preload a trailer for the following shift when required Approximately 58 miles one way / 116 miles round trip on certain current route assignments Actual routes and mileage may vary No minimum number of loads, hours, weekly earnings or revenue is guaranteed. Load availability depends on customer volume, facility operations, route assignment, equipment availability, Hours-of-Service requirements and other operating conditions. Requirements — All Drivers Valid CDL Class A 2+ years Class A tractor-trailer experience preferred Current DOT medical qualification Acceptable driving record Must meet applicable DOT/FMCSA qualification requirements Must satisfy applicable drug/alcohol and Clearinghouse requirements Must be able to operate safely in transfer-station and landfill environments Comfortable with tarping and applicable waste-hauling procedures Dependable, punctual and safety-focused Able to use Motive and other mobile/electronic systems as required Able to complete DVIRs, load tickets, scale tickets and other required documentation Additional Owner-Operator Requirements Owner-operators must provide: Road-ready Class A tractor Current registration IRP cab card, if applicable Current annual DOT inspe…
