CDL Box Truck Driver

Nessa Transportation is looking for box truck drivers to transport general freight OTR (OVER THE ROAD) across the country. * Opportunities are paid a weekly Full time position (W9/1099) Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required) Must be 21 years or older Must be VERY PUNCTUAL! Responsible & Reliable Dock-to-Dock type of deliveries Required to work up to 70 hours a week per DOT regulations. Physically fit (Pallet Jack Palletized Freight) Have a good driving record (MVR) 1 year of driving experience 16 ft to 26 ft. Box Trucks. Class B CDL experience preferred not required Must have current DOT Physical Must clear a Drug Test - NO Marijuana No DUI in the last 3 years No License suspensions in the last 2 years No major at fault accidents in the last 2 years Driver Responsibilities Must be able to do Pre-trip inspections on truck. Must have knowledge of truck maintenance. Must know how to use ELD and log books. Must be able to drive 600 miles average trips. Must be able to operate Liftgate and Pallet jack to offload freight. Must be able to secure loads and unload truck. Have a reliable smartphone.
