This local opportunity focuses on spotting trailers, assisting road drivers, and monitoring equipment in the yard. The position offers hourly pay, automatic transmission equipment, and daily home time. Candidates must be available for the full six-day schedule and have reliable transportation to the plant. HireNow Package Average Weekly Earnings: $1,728. Average Annualized Earnings: $89,856. Pay Structure: Hourly; the specific rate and overtime terms will be confirmed during screening. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Home Time: Daily. Work Area: Local plant yard. Equipment: Automatic transmission trucks. Role Overview Spot and reposition trailers within the plant yard. Assist road drivers with yard-related needs. Monitor yard equipment and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel. Coordinate trailer movements with plant and transportation teams. Complete equipment inspections and follow established yard safety procedures. Support other assigned yard operations tasks. Required Qualifications Class A CDL. At least three months of experience; qualifying experience criteria will be confirmed during screening. Yard jockey experience relevant to trailer spotting and yard operations. Availability to work Monday–Saturday from 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Reliable transportation to commute to the Lancaster plant each day. Ability to communicate clearly and maneuver equipment safely in a working yard. Additional driving-record and employer hiring requirements will be confirmed during screening.
