What You Earn Paid $800 a week in training $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo $1,100 to $1,200 a week once solo 2,100 to 2,400 miles a week $15 per stop except the first and last Weekly direct deposit Your week Western lanes, long lengths of haul, drop and hook and live freight. Home every two to three weeks. New CDL? Here is the path Call: we check your license and record with you first. No surprises later. Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus fare reimbursed, $300 once hired. Training: 4 to 6 weeks one-on-one with a mentor, paid $800 a week. Solo: your own assigned truck, fleet average about 1.5 years old. For your first 3 months solo, your pay will not drop below $1,000 a week. Nervous about your first driving job? Fair. "How often will I see home?" Every two to three weeks. "Will one ticket disqualify me?" Not by itself. Up to 2 moving violations in the past 2 years is accepted. "What if I have a problem on the road?" Loads are planned for you, and your driver leader picks up the phone. "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes. "What if my first solo weeks are slow?" You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo. To qualify You must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL. New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise, 6 months of recent experience. We accept up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in the last 10. You will also pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test. Once you pass 30 days Full medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage, a 401(k), an employee stock purchase plan, paid vacation, yearly raises, and a free online degree for you and one family member.
