We are hiring Class A drivers in the Texas Panhandle for a western OTR fleet that runs every state west of the Mississippi River. These are long hauls on open roads, the kind of miles that keep a truck moving and a paycheck steady. Drivers run 2,100 to 2,400 miles a week and average $1,100 to $1,200, with a $1,000 weekly minimum for the first 3 months solo. You are home every two to three weeks. New CDL holders train with a paid mentor. Drivers with 6 months or more of recent experience start solo after orientation. The road You run dry van freight across the West: the Plains, the Rockies, the desert Southwest and the coast. Hauls are long, so you spend your day driving, not sitting at docks.
