We are hiring CDL A Team Truck Drivers for a dedicated lane between El Paso, TX, and Wichita, KS. This is a team driving position only; solo driver applications will not be considered. The route offers high weekly mileage, no-touch freight, and a guaranteed 34 hour reset every week. Compensation Company team pay: $0.65 per mile per truck Average weekly salary: $1,100 - $1,400 Guaranteed 34 hour reset every week High mileage dedicated route: approximately 4,500 miles per week Dedicated route El Paso, TX to Wichita, KS Production loads No-touch freight Loads arrive Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday Deliveries occur Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings Preferred delivery window: 6:00 AM Central Time on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday when possible If early delivery is not possible, delivery must be completed before 2:00 PM Central Time Schedule and home time Dedicated team operation Strict delivery schedule with consistent weekly runs Guaranteed 34 hour reset each week Drivers must reside within 90 miles of El Paso, TX What you’ll do Operate a Class A tractor-trailer as part of a two-driver team Transport no-touch production freight between El Paso, TX, and Wichita, KS Meet strict scheduled delivery windows Requirements Valid Class A CDL Must apply as an established driving team; no solo positions available Both drivers must meet company hiring and safety requirements Must reside within 90 miles of El Paso, TX 3 months minimum of verifiable CDL A driving experience Clean motor vehicle record Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
