Quality Services Moving is looking for professional Class A CDL drivers to join our growing transportation operations in Lorton, Virginia. We're hiring for two divisions: Commercial Freight and Household Goods Transportation. Whether your experience is in freight hauling or long-distance household goods transportation, we have opportunities to put your CDL-A to work. We recognize that drivers have different experience levels, career goals, and priorities outside of work. That's why we offer multiple route options and discuss home-time preferences with drivers to find arrangements that work for both the driver and the operation. Experienced drivers are encouraged to apply, and qualified newer CDL-A drivers are welcome to explore available opportunities. Choose Your Driving Division CDL-A Freight Drivers | $1,500–$1,700 Weekly Transport commercial freight using company-provided tractor-trailer equipment. Opportunities include regional and over-the-road assignments, with flatbed opportunities available based on experience and operational needs. CDL-A Household Goods Drivers | $1,700–$2,000 Weekly Transport residential, commercial, and specialty household shipments. Operate tractor-trailers on assigned local, regional, and long-distance routes while ensuring customers' belongings are handled and transported safely. What We Offer Freight: $1,500–$1,700 per week. Household Goods: $1,700–$2,000 per week. Local, regional, and OTR opportunities, depending on division. Home-time preferences discussed and accommodated based on operational needs. What You'll Be Responsible For Operate Class A commercial vehicles on assigned routes. Transport freight or household goods safely and efficiently. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Verify proper cargo securement and follow applicable handling procedures. Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection reports, and transportation paperwork. Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, delays, and delivery updates. Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance concerns. Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures. Maintain professional communication with customers, shippers, receivers, and operations personnel. What We're Looking For Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). Current DOT medical card. Clean driving record is a priority. Strong commitment to safe driving and responsible equipment operation. Knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, and load securement. Commercial driving experience preferred. Freight or household goods experience is beneficial. Flatbed experience is a plus for applicable freight assignments. Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills. Willingness to travel based on assigned routes. Newer CDL-A drivers are encouraged to apply.
