We offer a mix of local dedicated Linehaul runs and local Spotted Trailer Pickups. Whether you want to pick up extra shifts around your current schedule, work dedicated weekends, or transition to a steady part-time lane, we have day and night positions built to fit your lifestyle. Your shifts are locked in, your pay is stable, and you never have to worry about a sudden lack of freight. PART-TIME COMPENSATION & RETIREMENT BENEFITS Competitive Hourly Rate: Earn up to $33.00 per hour (Effective rate based on assigned routes). Weekend Shift Premium: Earn a premium pay bump for choosing to step up and support the crew on Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday runs! Retirement Security: 401(k) retirement plan with an immediate 25% company match on every dollar you contribute (up to 4% of total pay). Pay Cycle: Paid every Friday via Direct Deposit (W2 Position). Mechanical breakdown pay starts IMMEDIATELY because we have your back. Growing the Family (Orientation): $150.00 per day during your initial ride-along training. Onboarding & Safety Support: $20.00/hr for all initial in-person training and special safety meetings.
