Start Here Training: 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer at $650 a week Solo: straight to full driver pay after training Guarantee: $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo Pay and Miles About $1,200 average weekly gross Around 2,100 miles a week Performance bonus on top The Freight Temperature-controlled loads, live load and live unload States like IN, KY, TN, OH, AL, MS, NC, SC, VA and FL Home every 2 weeks Weekends and holidays when freight needs it Riders and pets after training Benefits Health, dental and vision after 30 days 401(k) with company match, paid time off $300 orientation pay, travel covered Requirements 21+ with a valid Class A CDL 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school, no experience needed Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years Pass hair and urine drug testing Your first truck job is one application away.
