Job Description: Swift Transportation is hiring now in Houston, TX for a dedicated CDL-A driving job based out of Houston, TX. This lane runs from Waco TX to different points in TX, OK, and NM, and is home bi-weekly. The position is for a dry OTR account. $1,500 Average Weekly Pay $15 Stop Pay Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.50 to $.73 cpm depending on route and verifiable experience Monthly Driver Performance Bonus CDL-A Required; 3 Months Experience Bi-Weekly hometime New Fuel Network and Free Showers Guaranteed Pay Plus+ – Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving . Not currently disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle under federal, state, or local regulations. No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years. No serious traffic violations in the past year. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. Not convicted of transporting, possessing, or unlawful use of Schedule 1 drugs while on duty in the last 3 years.
