CDL A Truck Driver - OTR (Home Weekends) Reefer - Manual Truck

Job Overview As a CDL A Truck Driver, you’ll operate a manual-transmission tractor-trailer on over-the-road (OTR) routes, transporting freight in a refrigerated trailer and returning home on weekends. You’ll plan safe routes, protect cargo, and complete deliveries while following applicable transportation and safety regulations. Responsibilities Drive commercial trucks on OTR and regional route-driving assignments; use GPS navigation and adjust routes safely as needed. Inspect and operate a refrigerated trailer, secure freight. Complete delivery driving tasks, verify cargo and delivery details, and report delays, equipment issues, or cargo concerns. Follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including applicable hazardous materials and dangerous goods requirements. Your impact: Safe, timely freight delivery helps customers receive the goods they need while protecting cargo and other road users. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of driving experience. Clean driving record. Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL A) and ability to drive a manual-transmission tractor-trailer. Commercial truck driving, truck driving, or delivery driver experience; experience with commercial driving and OTR routes is relevant. Ability to meet applicable FMCSA, DOT.
