Pay Rate increases at 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 24 months. Pay: $30.55/hour or $0.63/mile starting pay Minimum Weekly Pay Guarantee 40 X Hourly Rate Extra Board will be expected to cover Team routes, Layover routes, and Local Store Delivery routes unloading tailgated freight using a conveyor roller system.
