CDL-A OTR Driver Overview
• Growing Pay Structures: Pay ranges from 52-65CPM depending on experience, with top performers making over $100K annually on top-quality loads.
• Freight Consistency: Drive steady dry van loads across 11 Western states, ensuring you stay productive with 10,000-13,000+ miles every month.
• Performance Bonuses: Earn a 2CPM safety bonus for spotless inspections and punctual deliveries, up to a 3CPM production bonus for exceeding mileage targets, and a retention bonus of up to $2,000.
• Flexible Home Time: Choose from various scheduling options, including shorter routes that allow for a 34-hour reset at home, making it easier to balance work and life.
