ALC Freight, one of the largest dedicated FedEx service providers in the Northeast, is hiring local Class A CDL drivers for dedicated doubles linehaul routes. You’ll pull FedEx freight between terminals on a set schedule, drop and hook, and be home every day. Convenient for drivers living in Hartford, New Britain, Meriden, New Haven, and Waterbury. What You’ll Do Run dedicated local linehaul routes pulling doubles between FedEx terminals Drop and hook trailers – no loading, unloading, or hand-unload, ever Complete digital pre and post-trip inspections in WhipAround and log hours on Motive ELDs Deliver safely and on time, in full compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations Why Drivers Choose ALC Freight Home daily: Local routes get you home every day. If you’ve driven OTR, regional, team, dedicated, LTL, or local delivery, you’ll fit right in. Experience pulling doubles, or driving for carriers like FedEx, UPS, J.B. Hunt, Schneider, Werner, Penske, Ryder, R+L, A. Duie Pyle, or Amazon, is a big plus.
