Job Description: Class A CDL Driver | Local | Home Daily | Travels all around New England area! MA, ME, CT, VT, NH SBP Logistics is seeking a dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our Lebanon, NH team. This position operates a tractor-trailer/flatbed truck to deliver and pick up building materials throughout New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday. Additional earning opportunities are available for mileage exceeding the established threshold, overnight routes, weekend work, and safe driving performance. Pay and Additional Earning Opportunities Base weekly pay of $1,575–$1,825, depending on experience Monthly safety bonus potential Additional pay when mileage exceeds the established threshold Additional pay for overnight routes Additional pay for weekend work Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage 401(k) with company match Three weeks of PTO plus 10 paid holidays a year Tuition Reimbursement Volunteer time Safety recognition program Hall of Fame Rewards Program Employee Loyalty Program Employee Referral Program Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailer/flatbed truck to deliver and pick up building materials Prepare, receive, and maintain appropriate documentation for deliveries and pickups Complete required DOT travel logs, fuel logs, fuel card documentation, and pre-trip and post-trip inspection reports Follow all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirements Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the assigned vehicle Maintain a professional appearance and wear the assigned uniform Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and other contacts Perform other duties as assigned by the manager Required Credentials: 1+ years verifiable tractor/trailer experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
