Pay & Earnings Average weekly pay: $1,800 Top weekly pay: $2,000 Average annual pay: $93,600 Top annual pay: $104,000 Additional compensation for mileage, unloading, and backhauls Schedule & Home Time Home weekly with a 34-hour reset Available schedules: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on candidate location Weekly reset typically falls on Saturday–Sunday or Sunday–Monday Approximately 970 miles per week Typically three turns, with 3–5 stops per load Routes & Freight Dedicated Dollar Tree account Deliveries across Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, and northern Kentucky Dry freight with driver unloading using rollers Touch freight; physical unloading is required Equipment Top-of-the-line sleeper trucks Automatic transmissions 53-foot dry van trailers Drivers may take trucks home if parking is safe and secure Job Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years Must be at least 22 years old No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
