Position Highlights Position: Full-Time Solo CDL-A Driver Weekly Pay: $1,650 Run Type: Local FedEx Ground Linehaul Schedule: 4/6 schedule, with opportunities to work extra days Work Location: Sparks, NV Terminal: 12501 Mustang Rd, Sparks, NV 89434 Pay and Benefits $1,650 weekly pay Chaining and safety bonuses Health benefits 401(k) with company match Paid training Sick time Opportunities to earn additional income by working extra days Job Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). Minimum 5 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience . Must have or be willing to obtain a Doubles/Triples endorsement. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), with no accidents or tickets within the past three years. Must be able to pass a background check. Ability to follow instructions and complete required training. Must complete the required background check, MVR screening, FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements, and drug test. Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles where applicable. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections. Handle drop-and-hook operations and transport no-touch freight. Complete required documentation and maintain accurate driver logs. Follow dispatch instructions and communicate delays, arrivals, and equipment issues. Comply with all applicable DOT regulations and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
