Our drivers are an important part of our customer service team and build direct relationships with the customers they serve. WHY DRIVE FOR C&L? | Home most nights: Typical routes are 1-3 days. | Home most weekends: Regular schedule is Monday-Friday. | Hourly pay: Paid for your time, not just miles. | Strong earning potential: Top drivers earn more than $70,000 annually. | Overtime opportunities: Drivers typically average about 400 OT hours annually. * | Newer equipment: A regularly maintained private truck fleet. | Consistent customers: Build relationships with the dealers you serve. | Stable company: Family-owned and serving customers since 1954. THE JOB | Deliver appliances, furniture and electronics to C&L dealers. | Assist with unloading freight at customer locations. | Physical ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 60 pounds. | Full-time, hourly position with occasional evenings or weekends as needs require. What You Need | Current CDL A driver’s license and clean driving record. | Current DOT medical card. | Registration with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearing house. | Ability to pass a DOT drug and alcohol test. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $21.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience, plus overtime opportunities.
