New CDL holders train at $900 a week . Pay $1,200 to $1,500 average weekly gross 1,500 to 2,100 miles a week $15 stop pay and a performance bonus $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo How It Runs Outbound from Michigan, then worked back to Michigan for your next load Drop and hook, preloads, live loads and live unloads Home every 2 weeks for a full reset Day and night dispatches, holidays as customers need Training for New Drivers 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer $900 a week training pay Full solo pay right after Benefits Health, dental and vision after 30 days 401(k) with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay, travel covered Riders and pets after training Requirements Valid Class A CDL, at least 21 New drivers: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years Pass hair and urine drug testing Michigan winters are part of it.
