CDL A Truck Driver - Dedicated Regional Routes

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a semi local dedicated account delivering to stores across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin. This is a steady, no-touch freight opportunity with mostly regional runs averaging about 2,500 miles per week. Pay and earnings Regional pay: $0.63 - $0.66 CPM Local pay: $0.725 - $0.745 CPM Salary Average: $1,600 - $1,700 Average annual earnings: about $90,000 Stop pay: $20 per regional stop; $30 per local stop and backhaul pickup Attendance pay: $100 per week Breakdown pay: $25 per hour after 2 hours, up to $300 per day Safety pay: $20 per hour when applicable Schedule and home time Tuesday through Saturday Start time: 6:00 AM Average of 2 - 3 nights on the road per week Trucks remain at the account location during home time Slip seating only during mandatory truck service What you’ll haul Dedicated store deliveries to approximately 40 locations Service area: Illinois, northern Indiana, Michigan including the Upper Peninsula, Ohio, and Wisconsin Mix of local runs under 200 miles and regional runs over 200 miles Approximately 85% drop and hook freight Backhauls return to Lansing No touch freight Equipment 45 foot, 48 foot, and 53 foot box trailers Single bunk sleeper trucks Well maintained company equipment Trucks stay at the account location during home time What we need Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of trucking experience HazMat endorsement within 90 days of hire; company reimbursement provided if you do not already have it Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen Safe driving record and reliable work history
