Job Description: Swift Transportation is hiring now in Phoenix, AZ for a dedicated CDL-A driving job based out of Phoenix, AZ. This lane runs Regional out of PHX to SOCAL, NV, UT, AZ and is home twice weekly. The position is for a dedicated account serving a discount store customer with consistent, predictable freight and hometime. $1,650 Average Weekly Pay $100 Unload Pay, $25 Stop Pay Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles of $.60 to $.62 cpm depending on route and experience Home 2+ times weekly Short Haul Pay Stop Pay Unload Pay Dedicated Lane, Predictable Freight Hometime: 2+ Times Weekly Skills: Physical unload with rotocarts Exceptional backing skills Responsibilities: Physical Unload Night and Day driving required Occasional yard work #HP Job Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license. Not currently disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle under federal, state, or local regulations. No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years. No serious traffic violations in the past year. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. Not convicted of transporting, possessing, or unlawful use of Schedule 1 drugs while on duty in the last 3 years.
