We're looking for reliable, safety-conscious drivers who value consistent work, professional communication, and on-time deliveries. We offer opportunities to work with Amazon freight through our trucking company, with dispatch support and a team focused on keeping drivers moving. Compensation Percentage-based pay: 32% of gross load revenue (subject to final confirmation) Additional compensation details and available routes will be discussed during the hiring process. Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience (insurance requirement) Must be at least 21 years old Valid DOT Medical Certificate Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Must meet applicable DOT safety and driver qualification requirements Must successfully complete required background checks Must meet DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements, including applicable FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements Ability to communicate effectively in English with dispatchers, Amazon facility personnel, and law enforcement Ability to read and understand road signs, safety instructions, and shipping documents in English Comfortable using GPS, ELD systems, smartphones, and mobile applications Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe driving Responsibilities Safely transport Amazon freight Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries on time Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, and delays Follow DOT regulations, Hours of Service rules, and facility safety procedures How to Apply Apply through Indeed or visit https://alohapro.us.
