Training Phase Paid on the road training with a driver trainer, 4 to 6 weeks $650 a week while you learn Solo in your own truck after sign off $1,000 a week guaranteed for 3 months after your first solo dispatch On the Road Freight up and down the eastern seaboard, nothing too far west About 2,500 miles a week Home every two weeks Drop and hook on most loads What You Make $1,200 to $1,500 average weekly gross $0.55 per mile to start, plus 1 cent for every year of experience, up to $0.65 $15 stop pay Performance bonus plan Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance after 30 days 401k with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay and orientation travel covered What You Need Class A CDL and at least 21 years old New drivers: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the last 5 years Clean record: max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years Pass hair and urine drug testing Experience starts somewhere.
