Job Description NOW HIRING CDL-A TRACTOR-TRAILER DUMP DRIVERS! Willie's Trucking Express LLC is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for tractor-trailer dump hauling operations based in Camden, New Jersey. We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious drivers who are comfortable handling BOTH local and regional hauling assignments as required by company operations. IMPORTANT: This position requires flexibility to perform BOTH local and regional driving. Drivers seeking exclusively local or exclusively regional assignments will not meet the requirements of this position. Compensation & Opportunities Daily Pay: $250–$325. Potential Weekly Earnings: $1,250–$1,625 based on five working days. Additional performance-based bonus opportunities. Minimum of two assigned loads per working day. Local AND regional hauling assignments based on operational requirements. Opportunities for ongoing contractor assignments. Job Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer with dump trailer equipment. Transport assigned loads on both local and regional routes. Complete a minimum of two assigned loads per working day. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Follow DOT and FMCSA safety regulations. Maintain accurate trip records and required documentation. Communicate with dispatch regarding load assignments, deliveries, and delays. Maintain professional conduct and safe driving practices. Driver Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience required. Ability to safely operate Class A tractor-trailer combinations. Previous dump trailer experience preferred. Clean driving record. Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements. Willingness to perform both local and regional driving assignments. Reliable attendance, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to complete assigned daily loads safely and efficiently. Comfortable working under a 1099 independent contractor arrangement.
