CDL-A OTR Team Co-Driver — $0.63 CPM → $0.72 CPM + Bonuses Company: GOODS UNITED Position: CDL-A OTR Team Co-Driver Job Type: Full-Time | OTR Experience: 3+ months OTR preferred | 6+ months strongly preferred About the Position GOODS UNITED is hiring a dependable, safety-focused CDL-A driver to join our OTR team operation. This position is for a co-driver working alongside a GOODS UNITED owner-operator operating under contract Selected candidates must successfully complete applicable driver application, qualification, and onboarding process before joining the truck. During the recruiting process, the candidate will inform the recruiter that they are seeking to team drive with the GOODS UNITED owner-operator and provide the owner's name as the driver/reference they intend to team with. This position is being offered by GOODS UNITED Compensation Regular CPM Pay Starting Pay: $0.63 CPM After successfully completing the first 3 months: $0.72 CPM CPM compensation is based only on miles personally driven by the co-driver, not the truck's total combined team mileage. Weekly Individual Mileage Bonuses Drivers can earn an additional weekly bonus based on miles they personally drive: 2,500–2,999 miles: $50 3,000–3,499 miles: $100 3,500–3,999 miles: $150 4,000+ miles: $200 Mileage bonuses are not cumulative. The driver receives the single highest mileage bonus earned for that week. Clean DOT Inspection Bonuses Drivers can earn an additional bonus when they undergo a qualifying DOT inspection and receive a clean inspection: Level III Clean Inspection: $50 Level II Clean Inspection: $100 Level I Clean Inspection: $200 For purposes of the GOODS UNITED bonus program, a clean inspection means the applicable DOT inspection is completed without driver, vehicle, or paperwork violations noted on the inspection report. The inspection bonus is paid only when an actual qualifying DOT inspection occurs. It is not a weekly bonus. The driver must provide the applicable inspection documentation so the inspection and bonus eligibility can be verified. DOT inspection bonuses are separate from weekly individual mileage bonuses. A qualifying driver may earn both. Example Weekly Earnings — Starting Rate At $0.63 CPM: 2,500 miles = $1,575 + $50 mileage bonus = $1,625 3,000 miles = $1,890 + $100 mileage bonus = $1,990 3,500 miles = $2,205 + $150 mileage bonus = $2,355 4,000 miles = $2,520 + $200 mileage bonus = $2,720 A qualifying Clean DOT Inspection Bonus would be additional to these amounts. Example Weekly Earnings — After 3 Months At $0.72 CPM: 2,500 miles = $1,800 + $50 mileage bonus = $1,850 3,000 miles = $2,160 + $100 mileage bonus = $2,260 3,500 miles = $2,520 + $150 mileage bonus = $2,670 4,000 miles = $2,880 + $200 mileage bonus = $3,080 Weekly mileage and earnings are not guaranteed. Actual miles may vary based on freight availability, dispatch, home time, weather, delays and other operating conditions. Training & Experience At least 3 months of OTR experience preferred. 6+ months of OTR experience strongly preferred. Training requirements are based on verified CDL-A/OTR experience: Less than 3 months experience: 4 weeks at $0.54 CPM 3 months to less than 6 months experience: 2 weeks at $0.54 CPM 6+ months experience: 1 week at $0.54 CPM After successfully completing required training, the driver moves to the $0.63 CPM starting rate. After successfully completing 3 months, regular pay increases to $0.72 CPM. Home Time Typical OTR/home-time arrangements may include: Approximately 2 weeks OTR / 3 days home Approximately 3 weeks OTR / 4–5 days home Home time may vary based on freight, scheduling, driver location and operational needs. GOODS UNITED will work with the driver to establish a reasonable schedule while maintaining consistent OTR operations.
