CDL-A Team Drivers – FedEx Express Dedicated Runs – Savannah, GA $0.86 CPM | $2,100–$2,600/week per driver | Up to $3,000 in bonuses | 2024 Volvo VNL 860s Winning Transportation runs dedicated FedEx Express team lanes out of Savannah and Richmond Hill, GA. You run the same lanes every week, freight is 100% no-touch drop and hook, and you get your own assigned 2024 Volvo. We are hiring two teams now. TEAM PAY (PER DRIVER) $0.86 per mile: $0.70 base + $0.12 per diem (take it non-taxable or as regular pay, your choice) + $0.04 safety bonus $2,100 – $2,600 per week ($110K – $136K a year), depending on run 5,000 – 6,000 team miles a week, year-round Weekly direct deposit BONUSES – UP TO $3,000 $1,500 sign-on bonus, ($500 at 30 days, $500 at 60 days, $500 at 120 days) Already FedEx-approved? Earn an extra $1,000 and start faster ($500 after your first week, $500 at 90 days) Apply with your team partner: $500 bonus for each driver ($250 at 30 days, $250 at 90 days) YOUR RUNS Farina run – our top-paying run, about $2,600/week per driver Savannah, GA → Richmond Hill, GA → Farina, IL → Ocala, FL → Savannah, GA 2-day trips dispatching Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Out 6 days, home Mondays. Report to the FedEx Savannah yard. Both yards have secure parking for your personal vehicle. NO PARTNER? NO PROBLEM. SOLO DRIVERS WELCOME $0.72 per mile ($0.68 base + $0.04 safety bonus) 2,200 – 2,500 miles a week, about $1,580 – $1,800 a week Solo runs are busiest during peak season, now through early next year, and you can move into a team run for $2,100+ a week EQUIPMENT 2024 Volvo VNL 860 sleepers, automatic Inverter, fridge and microwave Each team gets its own assigned truck, with no slip-seating BENEFITS Health, dental and vision after 60 days 401(k) with 3% company match 80 hours of PTO per year (40 hours every 6 months) REQUIREMENTS CDL Class A and a valid DOT medical card Doubles endorsement. If you don't have it yet, you can get it during hiring and we reimburse the cost. We also train you on doubles, from preparing for the written test to hands-on training hooking and pulling doubles. Must pass a company road test 21 or older At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years. FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon or Werner experience is a big plus. No preventable accidents or major violations in the last 3 years Clean background (no felonies or drug misdemeanors in the last 10 years), FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance, and DOT drug screen Military and veterans strongly encouraged to apply.
