CDL-A Team Driver | $1.00 CPM + Flight & Stay Allowance | Binghamton, NY Monroe Transport is hiring full-time Class A CDL Team Drivers for FedEx Ground linehaul operations based out of Binghamton, NY . We are looking for an experienced team that is ready to start immediately . If you and your teammate are currently located outside the Binghamton area, you do not need to relocate at your own expense . Immediate Team Opportunity Position: Full-Time Class A CDL Team Driver Operation: FedEx Ground Linehaul Run Type: Unassigned Team Run Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday Pay: $1.00 per mile Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Start: Immediate Equipment: Newer 2024 trucks Terminal: Binghamton, NY Active FedEx Badge: Strongly Preferred The client specifically needs a team that can start immediately . Qualified teams located outside the Binghamton area are encouraged to apply. The company is willing to fly qualified drivers into the area and provide stay allowance / extended-stay support to help make the transition easier. What You'll Do Operate tractor-trailer combinations for FedEx Ground linehaul operations Operate doubles where applicable Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Handle drop-and-hook freight Handle no-touch freight Follow dispatch instructions and scheduled routes Communicate delays, arrivals, and equipment issues Complete required documentation and maintain accurate driver logs Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company policies Complete other duties as assigned Driver Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) Active FedEx badge strongly preferred Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years Must have or be willing to obtain a Doubles/Triples endorsement Clean/acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) No accidents or tickets within the past 3 years Must pass required background check Must meet FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements Must pass required DOT drug testing Ability to follow instructions and successfully complete required training Team drivers must be ready to start immediately Pay & Benefits $1.00 per mile for the immediate team opportunity $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Flight assistance for qualified out-of-area drivers Stay allowance / extended-stay support Approximately one week home after the scheduled work period Weekly pay Paid training PTO Health insurance Dental insurance Newer 2024 equipment FedEx Ground linehaul operations Drop-and-hook freight No-touch freight Dedicated Solo Opportunity Monroe Transport also has a Dedicated PM Solo CDL-A opportunity available.
