CDL A Tanker Driver / Owner-Operator – North Dakota Oilfield

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers and Owner-Operators for our North Dakota oilfield operations. Our primary oilfield work consists of hauling bulk liquid chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing operations . Drivers pick up hazardous and non-hazardous chemical products from customer facilities and transport them by tanker directly to active frac sites and other oilfield locations. This is hands-on tanker work. Drivers are responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading bulk products using tanker equipment, hoses, pumps, and/or compressors depending on the product and customer requirements. Intelliapp Link: https://intelliapp.driverapponline.com/c/bkttrucking What the Job Involves Our drivers support oilfield and frac operations throughout North Dakota and other operating regions as needed. Typical responsibilities include: Hauling bulk liquid frac and industrial chemicals Picking up product from chemical plants, terminals, and customer facilities Delivering directly to active oilfield and frac locations Safely loading and unloading tanker trailers Operating pumps, compressors, hoses, and related tanker equipment Following customer-specific procedures at wellsites and facilities Completing accurate Bills of Lading, inspections, and electronic documentation Communicating regularly with dispatch regarding load status, delays, equipment, and site conditions Working around active frac crews, heavy equipment, remote locations, and changing field conditions Maintaining strict DOT, company, customer, and safety requirements Much of our current work involves non-hazardous frac chemicals , but hazardous materials may also be transported depending on the load and driver qualifications. Company Driver Pay Company drivers are paid a percentage of the revenue generated by the loads they haul. Pay progression: 26% for the first 120 days 28% from Day 121 through the first year After one year, drivers receive a performance review with the opportunity to earn up to 30% Percentage increases are based on factors including performance, safety, reliability, communication, equipment care, and compliance with company and customer requirements. Owner-Operator Pay We are also accepting qualified Owner-Operators interested in leasing on with our company. Owner-Operator percentage: 65% during the first year 67% after one year Annual performance review thereafter Opportunity to earn up to 70% Owner-Operators are responsible for maintaining reliable equipment that meets company, customer, DOT, and insurance requirements. Additional lease terms, deductions, insurance requirements, and equipment requirements will be reviewed with qualified applicants. What We’re Looking For Applicants should have: Valid Class A CDL Tanker endorsement Acceptable driving record Strong safety history Ability to safely operate tanker equipment Ability to work independently in remote oilfield environments Strong communication with dispatch and customers Ability to accurately complete inspections and load documentation Willingness to work around changing oilfield schedules and customer demands Oilfield and chemical tanker experience is strongly preferred. Drivers with strong tanker experience but limited oilfield experience may also be considered. Hazmat endorsement is preferred and may be required for certain loads. Oilfield Schedule Oilfield transportation does not operate on a traditional Monday-Friday schedule. Frac operations may run 24 hours a day , and load volume can change based on customer activity, weather, wellsite conditions, and frac schedules.
