This is not a company driver position. Victory Transporation Systems is looking for experienced CDL-A small stake bed owner operators with their own truck and trailer to haul local, regional, and OTR loads. This opportunity is ideal for Houston area owner operators looking for competitive rates, flexibility, and regular home time. What We Offer Average gross pay of $2,000–$3,000 per week Competitive local, regional, and OTR rates Home time throughout the week No forced dispatch Assistance with IFTA and apportioned plates Company fuel cards available What You Need to Qualify Must own your truck and trailer Valid Texas driver’s license Minimum one year of verifiable CDL-A truck and trailer experience Load securement experience required Current TWIC card required Current DOT medical card required Must live in or near the Houston area HAZMAT and tanker endorsements preferred, but not required Driving and Background Requirements No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents within the past three years No felonies within the past 10 years No misdemeanors within the past three years Any DUI must be at least 10 years old All driving records and backgrounds are subject to review Required Paperwork Valid Texas driver’s license Social Security card TWIC card DOT medical card Current vehicle registration Current trailer registration, if applicable Proof of personal insurance Current Texas vehicle inspection Current Texas trailer inspection, if applicable Required PPE and Equipment FRC fire-resistant coveralls Steel-toed shoes or boots Two chains and binders Six 2-inch straps and ratchets with a minimum working load limit of 500 pounds 3-ball hitch Three safety warning triangles Fully charged fire extinguisher Pipe stakes and dunnage Two tarps Two red flags Ready to Get Started?
