CDL-A Regional W2 Driver 1,300 - 1,500/Week, No-Touch Freight
ConfidentialWe are hiring a dependable CDL-A regional driver for no-touch corrugated freight throughout the Northeast and select additional states. Drivers primarily bump docks with lightweight cardboard and corrugated products. Most freight is handled by a lumper service, and the driver is not responsible for unloading the product. Pay and earnings $0.80 per mile. Approximately 1,500 - 2,000 miles per week. Average gross weekly pay of $1,300 - $1,500. Average length of haul: approximately 450 - 500 miles round trip. Approximately one to two stops per load. Operating area Operating area: NY, CT, RI, MA, ME, VT, NH, OH, NC Home time and schedule Regional operation with weekly home time. Most drivers are home on weekends for at least their 34-hour reset. When freight and Hours of Service permit, many drivers may also get home for a 10-hour break one or two nights during the week. Freight and deliveries Corrugated and cardboard products. Lightweight freight. Primarily food-service customers. Pizza-box deliveries are common. No-touch freight. Most deliveries involve bumping docks. Lumper service typically handles unloading. Driver is not responsible for unloading the corrugated product. Approximately one to two stops per load. Equipment Sleeper tractor. Dry van trailer. Equipment is suited for regional routes and longer round-trip hauls.
