PAY Average weekly pay: $1,200 - $1,800 CPM rate: starting at $0.50 per mile Weekly mileage: 2,200 - 2,800 miles Pay guarantee: guaranteed pay for 3 months after your first solo dispatch Driver Performance Bonus JOB DETAILS Position: Full-Time | Solo Driver Home Time: Home every two weeks, with options to be discussed Schedule: Day and night shifts available Lane: Runs like OTR. Covers 27 states, everything east of Denver, CO, except the New England states Holidays: Open to discuss Equipment: No specialized equipment required REQUIREMENTS Valid CDL-A license Minimum age: 21 y.o. Trainee, first-seat (experienced), and 1-year experienced drivers welcome No endorsements required Must live within 250 miles ofArlington, TX RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate a CDL-A truck on assigned OTR routes Deliver freight on time across the 27-state lane Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate with dispatch on trip progress WHY THIS POSITION?
