CDL-A Regional Driver Trainee - 1,200-1,500 Weekly

Regional Dry Van Miles Across the Southwest and West Qualified CDL-A trainees can start with paid road training, then move into a dry van position that stays closer to the western home region while running major lanes across Arizona, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico and California. THE NUMBERS $1,200-$1,500 average weekly earnings after training Approximately 1,900-2,000 miles per week $0.50 per mile at the six-month pay band $15 stop pay Driver performance bonus opportunity PAID ROAD TRAINING The trainee stage runs approximately 3-5 weeks for 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. Arizona trainee pay is $850 per week. Orientation is no more than two days; $300 is paid upon hire. HOME TIME & SCHEDULE Home time is every two weeks, with some 34-hour resets at home. Drivers must be available for day/night driving, weekends and some holidays.
